Jonathan D. Rutherford was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma and moved to Southern California at age 3. Jonathan attended University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where he earned his degree in Social Science. Jonathan is passionate about advocating for the rights of the disabled clients he works with, and helping them get the benefits they deserve.

Jonathan has worked within the Las Vegas legal community for the past several years, and has managed hundreds of cases for disability insurance (DIB) and supplemental security income (SSI) benefits at all levels of the disability process. He has conducted countless hearings in Nevada, California, Arizona, and across the nation, supplied written briefs outlining legal theory for Administrative Law Judge review and has worked tirelessly to help many folks rightfully get the disability benefits they deserve. Jonathan is a certified Professional Disability Representative.
